SinkDuo is an iPhone game from DuoGames. The data controller is Jan Konieczny, contact: hello@sinkduo.com.

What I collect

In the current version: nothing on a server. You play against a bot on your phone. There is no account, no nickname, and no analytics SDK.

What stays on the phone

Your fleet layout and the match in progress live in the app. They disappear when you delete SinkDuo.

What I don't do

• I don't sell data
• I don't show ads and the app does not use IDFA
• I don't keep a history of your games on a server

What's coming

Later versions will add a nickname and online matches on Cloudflare. When that ships I will update this page and change the date at the top, before the app starts sending that data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion, and you can object. Write to hello@sinkduo.com. You can also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

When the app starts talking to a server, this page gets a new date and a new paragraph. Until then the game stays on your phone.
